Returns and money back policy

We offer 7 days money back guarantee on all our standard stock items. The only exception is customized goods, any special orders placed made to customer’s specification and requirement, and similar items are all considered as customized goods and a full refund is not possible.

If you'd like to return any goods purchased from weddingbands.co.uk the goods must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and original packaging.

Refunds are arranged within the next 3 days of the date we receive the returned goods.
