3. We may make improvements and changes to the site and has the right to modify, substitute or remove any contents or information from the site at any time without a prior notice.

4. This site may include links to 3rd party websites, which are controlled and maintained by others. We have no control over the content of any such sites.

5. Access to this site and the contents within are supplier free of charge. Whilst we will use our best efforts to ensure availability of access, we cannot guarantee that you will have continuous access to the site. We can neither guarantee that the site will be free from viruses or other harmful components.

6. You may not cause any annoyance or inconvenience to us, our customers or the users of our website

Products and Prices

1. All items are hallmarked according to the UK hallmark standards.

2. Item (1) above not withstanding, we do not accept any liability for allergic reactions, known or unknown to any of its products.

3. While we take every care to describe items accurately, individual variations may occur. All sizes and measurements on the site are approximate. They are provided for guidance purpose only.

4. Packaging may vary.

5. The prices on the site are shown in GB Pounds Sterling, inclusive of VAT.

6. While we take an utmost care to ensure all prices on the web site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered, we will contact you to resolve the situation. In case an item is under-priced we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item in question.

Orders

1. All items are offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of the order.

2. All goods must be paid in full before shipping. All transactions are carried out in GBP Sterling only.

3. Where items are out of stock at the time of the order, we will contact you for your instruction as to how to proceed with your order.

Payment

1. Payments made through www.weddingbands.co.uk are made via Protx Ltd, who supplies encrypted secure trading services for us. Your credit card details are not seen or held by us.

2. All credit card transactions for should be carried out through the website.

Delivery

1. All items will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service

2. P&P is /is not included in the price of the goods

3. Item are dispatched within 48hours if in stock or where not in stock you will be notified of the lead time which will be between 3-6 weeks.

Returns and Money Back Policy

According to EU Distance Selling Directive part of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the consumer has the right to cancel any agreement within 7 days and get a full refund. The only exception is 'customized' goods. We consider as 'customized' goods any special orders placed - ring sizes that are not a M or N is considered a customized order, or rings made to client's specifications, and similar items are all considered as customized goods and a full refund is not possible. As such, orders of these products cannot be returned under the regulation.

If you'd like to return any goods purchased from Weddingbands.co.uk the goods must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and original package within 48 hours of the delivery.

Refunds are arranged within the next 3 days of the date we receive the returned goods.

P&P charges are/ are non-refundable.

Weddingbands.co.uk cannot guarantee refunds for goods received outside the stated 48 hours period.

All Refunds are made at our own discretion.

Law

1. These Terms & Conditions, all disclaimers and other components of the site shall be construed in accordance with the law of England and shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to which all parties shall submit.

2. Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury, for which no limit applies, the liability of Weddingbands.co.uk for direct loss arising out of the use of this website, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, is limited to the total value of the transaction under which the claim arises. In no event shall we be responsible for any consequential loss or any damages whatsoever resulting from the use of this site.

3. Any failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

4. If any provision included herein, in whole or part, shall be found to be invalid or unenforceable (by a court or other such competent body) the validity of the other provisions of these terms shall not be affected.

5. Weddingbands.co.uk has the right to amend the Terms & Conditions from time to time as it sees necessary. Such changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the site and by continuing using the site. You are expected to accept any such amendments.
6. These Terms of Service do not affect your statutory rights.

Disclaimer

All images, weights and measurements are approximate and are provided for guidance only. Although we strive to ensure that all information on the site is correct and up to date, errors may occur. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may result form using the site or purchasing items from us. In the event of any technical failures, our support team will try to fix the problem in the minimum time frame required for this. We cannot be held liable in case of unavailability of our services due to technical failures.
